STRENGTH IN DESIGN & ENGINEERING
With a SolidWorks native work environment, seats of ProEngineer, AutoCad, CadKey and a secure FTP web server, our in-house engineering department is capable of processing a wide variety of job formats.

DESIGN
With several professional engineers combining for over 25 years of production experience, the engineering design department is capable of taking your initial idea and turning it into a manufacturable product.
METHODS
To ensure successful manufacturing, our engineering department will;
Define the process, equipment & jigs.
Establish the workflow & layout of workstations. Improve the processes by eliminating waste or improving piece rate.
Develop detailed manufacturing documentation.
STRENGTH ANALYSIS
To facilitate customer design requirements, the engineering department is capable of running Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of piece parts or assemblies.
